Refund Policy

Digital Products - General Rule

Our products are digital licenses and access rights: widget keys, downloads, bots, funnels, and intelligence data. Access is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Because the product is consumed the moment it is delivered, all sales are final by default. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.

14-Day Cooling-Off and Waiver

Consumer law (including the EU) grants a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right is lost as soon as delivery begins with your express consent. At checkout you confirm that access is provided immediately and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the key or download is delivered. After delivery, the 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies.

When We Do Refund

We will issue a refund only if:

  • The key or access was never delivered due to a technical error on our side
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
  • The product does not match its description in a material way and the key has not been used (no recorded activity on the key)

When We Do Not Refund

  • After the key has been used. Widget loads are recorded per key, so usage is verifiable evidence of delivery
  • Change of mind after the product has been delivered
  • Subscription fees for an elapsed paid period (no pro-rata refunds)
  • Custom or done-for-you services after work has begun. The advance payment is non-refundable, as stated in the Public Offer Agreement
  • Incompatibility with your platform (check requirements before purchasing)
  • Abuse of the refund policy (repeated or bad-faith refund requests)

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid period.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Chargebacks

Using a delivered key confirms that the product was delivered and accepted. Opening a chargeback after a key has been used is treated as abuse, and we will contest it with our delivery and usage records.
