EsoTier is a digital platform for the esoteric and metaphysical industry, operated as an independent business under Argentine monotributo. By using esotier.com you agree to these terms.

EsoTier sells digital products and services including:

• Embeddable widgets (delivered as iframe or JS embed)
• Widget packs and site templates
• Bots, funnels, and automation tools
• Done-for-you services

All products are provided “as is” unless otherwise specified in the product description.

All sales are final for digital goods unless covered by our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to make the transaction and that you have read the product description.

Each product comes with a specific license (single-domain, multi-domain, unlimited, or agency white-label). The license is detailed on the product page and in your order confirmation. Exceeding license terms is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

• Reselling products outside an authorised agency bundle
• Removing or bypassing domain-lock protections
• Using products for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineering or distributing source code without authorisation

EsoTier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.

These terms are governed by Argentine law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
